Mission Statement: The Humane Society of Livingston county through education and caring will work toward eliminating abuse and over-population of animals and aid in the prevention of their suffering within our community.

Your membership is very important, please help us support the programs that HSLC makes available to the community, such as - the spay/neuter program, foster care & adoption and community education & awareness. Our funds are limited and our only source of income is from memberships, private donations, grants and fund raising. At this time HSLC does not receive any financial assistance from Livingston County. Our monthly meetings are open to the public. New faces and ideas are always welcome.

General Membership: $15.00 per person each year.

 

Sponsor Membership: $30.00 per person each year. The additional funding goes directly towards the extra medical expenses incurred for rescued foster care animals.

Future Goals:

  • To establish a spay/neuter clinic in Livingston County.
  • Search for additional funding for the building of a permanent shelter.

* As a paid member you are entitled to two spay/neuter discount vouchers each year.
